Installation, system sizing, electrical connections, ductwork, airflow configuration, and commissioning should be performed by a qualified HVAC professional in accordance with the installation manual and all applicable codes.

Warranty coverage applies to eligible K&A CELESTIAL equipment and is subject to all applicable warranty terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations.

IMPORTANT INSTALLATION & WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• Professional installation is required. This equipment must be installed, commissioned, serviced, and repaired by a qualified HVAC technician in accordance with the installation manual and all applicable federal, state, and local codes.

• Proper installation is the responsibility of the installer. K&A Air Conditioner Supply is not responsible for improper installation, incorrect sizing, improper ductwork, electrical issues, inadequate airflow, improper drainage, improper refrigerant handling, or failure to follow manufacturer installation requirements.

• Warranty coverage is limited to covered equipment components and does not include labor, installation, diagnostic charges, service calls, transportation, shipping, refrigerant, recovery/recharge costs, crane or lifting services, roof access, removal, reinstallation, or other incidental expenses unless expressly stated in writing by K&A Air Conditioner Supply.

• Damage or failure resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications or repairs, improper maintenance, abnormal electrical conditions, power surges, inadequate electrical supply, restricted airflow, contaminated systems, corrosion, environmental conditions, flooding, fire, lightning, or other external causes is not covered.

• Installation and service involving R32 refrigerant must be performed by qualified personnel using appropriate procedures and equipment and in accordance with applicable safety requirements.

• Proper system sizing, duct design, airflow, electrical service, installation location, and compliance with applicable building and mechanical codes are the responsibility of the purchaser and/or installing contractor.

• Routine maintenance, filters, cleaning, adjustments, and other normal maintenance items are not covered under the limited warranty.

• Proof of purchase, model number, serial number, installation information, and additional documentation may be required when submitting a warranty claim.

• Do not remove, alter, or make illegible the model or serial number labels. Equipment with missing or altered identification may not qualify for warranty coverage.

• Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.

• Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval. A defective component may be required to be returned for evaluation before warranty replacement is authorized.

• Warranty coverage applies only under the written K&A Limited Warranty terms supplied with the product. In the event of a conflict between this product listing and the written Limited Warranty, the written Limited Warranty controls.

• Warranty limitations and exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, and consumers may have additional rights that vary by state.

IMPORTANT: HVAC equipment should be selected and installed by a qualified professional. Purchasing this equipment does not include installation unless installation is specifically stated as included in the order.
